Rob Nederveen & kwaliteit leveren

Reliable, committed and driven: that is Rob’s approach to his profession. He has the will to succeed and always strives to achieve the best possible result for his clients. Rob has been a lawyer since 2015 and has been involved in property law and tenancy law right from the start. He assists tenants and landlords in disputes involving residential and commercial properties. Rob presents his clients with a clear and realistic plan of action, taking into account both opportunities and risks. This means that his clients always know where they stand. They appreciate Rob’s open and easy approach to working together.

Rob studied at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. He specialised in property and tenancy law at a large law firm for seven years. He has also served on various boards, such as the board of the Young Bar of North Holland. Rob joined Hielkema & co in January 2021.

• Candidate for membership of the Dutch Association of Landlord and Tenant Law Practitioners.

• Author of Selectie & Essentie Jurisprudentie Huurrecht Woonruimte, a work on the selection and essence of tenancy law case law for residential property, published online by Uitgeverij Den Hollander.
